There are several ways you can contact AIS or provide feedback:
- phone AIS during office hours 8am-5pm Monday to Friday;
- send AIS an e-mail;
- send AIS your enquiry or leave feedback via the contact form below; and/or
- provide a service feedback score on the Customer Service Report every time AIS visits your site.
Customer Feedback:

Feedback is appreciated and valued as it allows AIS to ensure it's services are ‘best-in-class’.
Response Process:
AIS will provide an immediate personal response to your phone enquiry or feedback.
AIS will provide a personal response within one business day if your enquiry or feedback is provided via e-mail or via the contact form.
If an employee has exceeded your expectations, AIS will ensure your feedback is passed on to the employee and their manager.
All service feedback is forwarded to the relevant management team member for review and actioned as required.
